I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington.  I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology Degree from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I worked in a Psychiatric facility for many years and now work with adults in my private practice.

I have experience in areas of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life changes, relationship problems, low self-esteem, religious trauma, and issues of fertility. I work with adults and come from a psychodynamic relational approach.
